The fields marked as required on the form are needed so that we can understand and respond to your enquiry. If a detailed discussion is needed, we can agree an appropriate way to share that information.
How contact form submissions are handled
When you submit the contact form, your information is received by Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks that the form is being submitted by a person rather than an automated program (see our Cookie Policy).
Your enquiry is then sent to Syphers by email through Resend, an email delivery service, and delivered to our business mailbox, which is hosted by Microsoft 365. We use it to read and respond to your enquiry. The form does not store your enquiry on this website.
We also send a confirmation email to the address you enter in the form. It includes your reference number, the topic, company and country you entered, but not your message. Replies to it reach our team.
4. Information Collected Automatically
As with most websites, when you visit this website your browser automatically sends certain technical information to the servers that deliver it. This can include your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, the page requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. The provider that hosts this website may record this information in server logs so that the website can be delivered and kept secure and operational.
This website also loads its typeface from Google Fonts. When a page loads, your browser requests the font files from Google’s servers, which therefore receive technical information such as your IP address and browser details. Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy terms.
